David Hall focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. David understands that each client has unique goals for their business and for each transaction. He works closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and to implement those needs and objectives through practical and business-oriented legal solutions.
David has represented both institutional and non-institutional owners and investors of real estate throughout the United States. He has advised clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, finance, leasing, and disposition of office, retail, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, and other assets, including drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, ground leases, multi-party easement agreements, development agreements, management agreements, and operating agreements. David has worked with clients acquiring real estate directly and through the acquisition of corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities.
Prior to joining Palmer Hunter & Hall, David was a shareholder with Polsinelli and before that a partner with DLA Piper. David received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and his J.D. from the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California. He is licensed to practice in California and Illinois.
