Todd Mirolla is now of counsel with the firm, after 38 years of representing clients in forming, structuring, financing and selling their businesses and intellectual property, both domestically and internationally. Todd is a seasoned strategist with a practical and result-oriented perspective on business transactions. 

Mr. Mirolla holds Martindale Hubbell's AV Preeminent rating, acknowledging that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Southern California, receiving his B.A. in Political Science and International Relations (Magna Cum Laude/Phi Beta Kappa), and his J.D. from the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California. Mr. Mirolla holds a Series 65 license with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition to practicing law on a part-time basis, Mr. Mirolla is the founding Managing Director of Prossimo Advisors, LLC, a multi-family office assisting high net worth individuals and families with the oversight of their investment portfolios, multi-generational estate and trust planning, and due diligence needs.
